I picked the label on this one. I really shouldn't be allowed to have kids. Too late.

And for anyone that cares about features other than his genitalia, here are Merritt's face, arm, and heart. Don't let this cradled stillness fool you. This kid can MOVE. He wouldn't hold still for our beloved Bethany (the world's best sonographer).

This just keeps getting more amazing.

A love note for Kate: from a long-time lurker.
Kately,
You don't know me at all, nor my presence on this blog; and honestly, I don't even know how I happened upon you. It has been years. But I just want to say it: every time I come and take a peek into your world, my emotion/brain is tickled. You make me laugh! Your thoughts/experiences mirror my own. You speak my language. And I do declare: you must be an "NF". Abstract and Feeling.
And now, I've been outed.
Congratulations on Baby Merritt! He's going to have a fine mama.
Later, skater.

31 years old,
and a mother myself
Little boys pockets hold amazing things
fish worms, apple cores, a mess of string.
But this treasure is nothing to the wealth one finds
In little boys hearts and little boys minds.

Even after having had 2, I still have to have someone point out the different features to me...
Congrats!
