Watch out for overpasses and hop-ons.
Pushing a stroller through a 5k is not unlike driving the Bluth family stair truck.
HOP-ONs.
But when the event isn't actually a race, but a part of the International Discovery Walk Festival, which, when deciphered, actually spells out Old Folks Travel From Around The World To Perambulate Short Distances In Foreign Cities (give or take a few letters), the hop-ons don't actually get on the stroller. Instead, they dawdle up to you while you and the stroller are trapped behind a group of their peers, and share their life stories at a clip of one mile to every ... oh ... 38 minutes.
Also, they tell you have a precious baby.
These old folks may be slow, but they are astute. And correct.

It is totally an old-folks travel from far away to perambulate at a 38 mile/ minute walk.
Sweetest laugh ever! I'm so happy to see all is well!
